Linwood Pendleton, Executive Director of the Ocean Knowledge network OceanKan (Ocean Knowledge–Action Network), presents this new network, which aims to establish the knowledge needed to assess the health of ocean systems and to move from knowledge to changes in policy, practice and governance.
